Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 T crushed garlic
3 T chili powder
1 t cayenne pepper
4 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t cumin
2-14 1/2 oz cans stewed or crushed tomatoes, Mexican style
1-14 1/2 oz can tomato sauce
4-16 oz cans pinto beans
3-16 oz cans kidney beans
1 T tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
few drops hot pepper sauce if desired
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add onion and pepper and brown slightly.
Place meat, onions, peppers, garlic and seasonings in large Dutch oven.
Mix together thoroughly.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and cook for 30 minutes.
