Polish Chruseiki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    6 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. rum or vodka (optional)
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    16 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
    vegetable oil
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
Beat eggs until thick; add sugar, salt and rum or vodka. Combine flour and baking powder and place on a flat surface.
Make a well in the center.
    Add butter.
Blend together, using tips of fingers.
Build up mixture and pour eggs-sugar liquid into the center.
Using a fork, start stirring the liquid, adding the flour mixture into it, a little at a time.
Knead dough until smooth. (Dough tends to be sticky, but do not add additional flour, unless necessary.)
Turn dough over at first with a pastry scraper.
Cut dough into 4 parts and roll out paper thin on a lightly floured board.
