Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
8 slices crisp bacon
chopped chives
1 c. applesauce
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Bake potatoes.
Meanwhile, fry bacon to a crisp.
Break into small pieces.
Arrange sliced baked potatoes into a boat style. Take inside out, saving shell.
Mix potato whites with bacon, applesauce, sour cream, butter and chives.
Stuff potatoes and wrap in foil.
Rebake at 250\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 4. Use any leftover stuffing for a dip.
