Sharon'S Famous Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag vanilla wafers
    1 stick butter
    1 c. lemon juice
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put wafers in plastic bag and beat with a meat cleaver until fine (save several whole wafers that can be placed around the outer rim of the pan).
    Put wafer crumbs in pan and add stick of melted butter.
    Combine butter and crumbs; press into bottom of the pan.
    Stand whole wafers around the sides of the pan.
    Mix the milk, juice and eggs in a bowl.
    Bake the crust for 3 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Place filling in pan.
    Simple, but delicious. You can top it with Cool Whip, if desired.
