Baked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 oz.) salmon steaks
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
    Place steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with vegetable cooking spray (Pam).
    Brush with lemon juice.
    Sprinkle evenly with dill weed, parsley and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
    Serving amount is 1 steak at 92 calories.
    Diabetic Exchange:
    2 lean meat.
