Holiday Almond Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soaked garbanzo or soy beans
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. almonds, ground in blender a little at a time
    1 c. sunflower seeds, ground
    1 c. water
    1 c. quick oats
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs, ground fine in blender
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 tsp. marjoram (herb)
Preparation
    Soak 1/4 cup beans overnight; drain.
    Whiz in blender the next day 1/2 cup beans and 1/2 cup water until thick and creamy. Combine in mixing bowl with remaining ingredients.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Press into prepared Pyrex loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
