Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 lb. can pumpkin
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, pumpkin, oil and water together, then add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until done.
When cool, frost.
