Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    6 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In mixer bowl, cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.
    Sift flour, salt and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, mixing regularly.
    Add extracts and vanilla; beat well.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or two bread loaf pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done with toothpick.
    Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan.
    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
