Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes, sliced and boiled
    1/2 to 1 tsp. (to your liking) salt
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rub a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with butter.
    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine; blend in flour and milk gradually.
    Simmer, stirring, over low heat for 3 minutes.
    Add salt and grated cheese and continue to heat until cheese is melted. Arrange potatoes in baking dish; pour cheese sauce over them and top with crumbs, which are mixed with remaining 1 tablespoon of margarine.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crumbs brown.
