Chili - Rotel Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 (10 oz. each) cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and pepper in a large stock pot until meat is browned.
    Drain excess drippings.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 8 servings.
