Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 carton Cool Whip (8 oz.)
assorted fruit (grapes, bananas, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries)
1/2 c. orange marmalade, peach or apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Peel and slice one banana per person longways.
Lay the bananas, cut side up, on a micro-proof platter.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the bananas.
Cook the bananas on High until they are hot through and the brown sugar has melted.
