Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes if skin is tough, if not, just scrub and rinse. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
Use handle of spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.
Place your potatoes in a baking pan and fan them out slightly.
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
Sprinkle with chives.
Bake potatoes at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
Sprinkle on your cheese and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
