Ground Beef Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 large onion, cut into thin strips
    1 large bell pepper, cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. Riunite (Lambrusco) wine
    flour tortillas
    sour cream
    guacamole salad
    my homemade hot sauce or Pace picante sauce
Preparation
    We cook this
    in
    the
    winter
    over
    an open flame in a large disc blade
    with
    legs, but you can cook it in a skillet on the stove.
    Brown ground beef until almost done; drain off fat.
    Add margarine,
    the
    seasonings, onion and bell pepper. Cook, while stirring,
    until vegetables are tender.
    Add wine and let cook until wine has evaporated.
    Assemble by placing a small amount
    of the
    meat
    mixture and desired toppings on a flour tortilla, then roll up tortilla.
