Pannekocken - Oven Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Melt butter in an 8-inch pie pan.
Mix ingredients with wire whip.
Pour mixture into pie pan.
Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake 18 minutes (golden brown).
Serve with syrup or fruit pie filling (warm).
