Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil (or melted shortening)
4 c. buttermilk
4 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs, shortening and buttermilk.
Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
Store in covered container in refrigerator.
