Beef Louise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef (bite size pieces) stew meat
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. red cooking wine (undiluted)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (even raw meat) together.
    Put in a covered casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for three hours.
    Don't peek! Serve over rice or noodles.
