Penuche Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cream or milk
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, melt butter.
    Add brown sugar and milk; boil 2 minutes or less.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool to lukewarm. Beat in sugar and vanilla.
    Frost cake.
