Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cooked and drained
    1 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 large onion, sliced in rings
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and chill.
