Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. shortening
Preparation

Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Cut in shortening with knives or pastry blender until evenly distributed.
Store in covered container.*
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
