Decorative Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco shortening
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
3 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Beat all ingredients until creamy.
Use food coloring to decorate, if desired.
This icing is used for decorating special cakes such as birthday, etc.
