Pig Pickin' Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat together the first four ingredients for two minutes. Divide in three 8 or 9-inch layer pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
While cake is cooling, mix pineapple with juice and instant pudding together, then fold the Cool Whip into mixture. Spread between layers and on top of cake.
Must be refrigerated or can be frozen.
