Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up (drumsticks do best)
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    flour in paper bag
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
    Beat eggs with water and dip chicken in egg; drain.
    Place chicken into bag and shake until well coated.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    Cook 30 minutes on each side.
