Lemon "Coffee Bar" Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
3/4 Tbsp. lemon extract
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Dissolve jello in
hot water;
cool.
Mix together cake mix, oil, lemon\textract and eggs; add jello mixture.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
