Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cooked and deboned
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put into a casserole dish and top with crushed Ritz crackers and dribble melted butter over the crackers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
