Salmon Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can salmon, drained
1/2 c. diced celery
1 (17 oz.) can green sweet peas, drained
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Break salmon in bite size pieces.
Put in bowl.
Add celery and drained peas.
Combine other ingredients.
Pour over salmon mixture.
Toss lightly with fork.
Chill several hours.
Serve in lettuce cups.
