Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs (room temperature)
    4 slices bread (left out overnight)
Preparation
    Butter one side of bread thinly.
    Cut in squares; put in bottom of bake dish.
    Pour pineapple over bread.
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and butter; pour over pineapple.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, until top is nicely brown.
