Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    olives with pimentos, chopped
    celery seed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat egg, sugar, yellow mustard, vinegar and milk together. Heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Pour over diced potatoes.
    Add 1 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, green pepper, olives, celery seed, salt and pepper.
