Teriyaki Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. sherry
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. powdered ginger
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
Shape into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat oil in skillet.
Brown meatballs, remove from skillet.
Pour off drippings.
Combine remaining ingredients and cook in skillet on low heat until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
Return meatballs to skillet and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Serve from electric skillet with small toothpicks.
