Six Week Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 c. raisins
5 c. plain flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix the first 8 ingredients well; make hole in center.
Add the eggs, cooking oil and buttermilk; stir and mix well.
Fill muffin tins about 1/2 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Can bake small amount as needed.
Batter will keep 5 to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
