Lady Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, grated
    1 (3 lb.) cabbage, shredded
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter one or two minutes.
    Add cabbage, water and salt. Cover.
    Cook 10 minutes or until crispy tender.
    Stir in milk.
