Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut, drained
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 large bell pepper, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 small jar pimientos, chopped
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain kraut.
    Add onion, bell pepper, celery and pimientos to kraut.
    Pour sugar over mixture.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours before using.
    Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
