Captain'S Kitchen Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined with tails on
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. cracker meal
    1/2 c. canned cream
Preparation
    Clean shrimp, leaving tails on (this makes shrimp more moist). Run cold water over shrimp; drain.
    Pour chilled cream in small bowl.
    Dip shrimp in cream, then shake in paper bag containing bread mix.
    As you bread shrimp, place on platter.
    Chill at least 1 hour, then fry in hot oil.
    Salt while they are hot.
