Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. mashed sweet potato
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple bits, undrained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine potatoes, salt, butter and pineapple.
Place half mixture in buttered casserole.
Top with half the marshmallows. Add remaining potato mixture.
Top with pecans.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove cover the last 10 minutes and add rest of marshmallows.
