Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet Pepperidge Farm frozen puff pastry
    1 lb. well seasoned sausage
Preparation
    Thaw pastry 20 minutes.
    On lightly floured surface, roll to a 15 1/2 x 9-inch rectangle.
    Cut into 3 strips each 3 inches wide. Divide sausage into thirds; roll each into \"snake\" the length of the pastry.
    Place each roll along 1 edge of pastry strips.
    Roll the pastry around the sausage.
    Wet the edges with ice water and press to seal tightly.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Cut into 3/4-inch slices.
    Bake on ungreased baking sheet 12 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 60.
