Chocolate Town Pie - cooking recipe

9-inch unbaked pastry shell
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Prepare
pastry
shell;
set aside.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0. In a medium bowl, cream butter; add eggs and vanilla.
Combine sugar and
flour;
add to creamed mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips
and nuts;
pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake for 45 to 50
minutes or until golden.
Cook for about 1 hour;
serve warm.
