Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage (hot), fry out and discard grease
    2 chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can chicken-rice soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover and bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Add cheese and bake until melted.
