Italian Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2/3 c. light reduced calorie mayonnaise
    6 c. assorted vegetables*
Preparation
    *Can use broccoli, carrot slices, cauliflower, mushrooms, green and/or red bell peppers, yellow and/or zucchini strips or slices.
