Tomatoes And Mozzarella With Basil Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    3/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    4 medium size tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1 piece (1 lb.) fresh or regular Mozzarella, sliced thin
Preparation
    Whisk oil, vinegar, basil, mustard, salt and pepper in non-metal bowl.
    Alternately arrange tomatoes and cheese in non-metal casserole dish.
