Barbecue Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets, thaw if frozen
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 thin slices lemon
    4 thin onion rings
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 can condensed tomato soup
Preparation
    In 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish place fish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Top with lemon, onion and parsley. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Pour soup over, stirring into liquid around fish.
    Bake 10 minutes more or until done.
    Stir before serving.
    Makes 3 servings.
