Low-Fat Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 can no-fat evaporated milk
1 large can pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. lite Bisquick
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 carton Egg Beaters
Preparation

Mix all ingredients 3 minutes. Pour into one 10-inch pie pan and let stand 5 minutes. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
(The Bisquick will make a crust.)
