Grilled Italian Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium green, red or yellow peppers
1 medium onion
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage (hot or sweet)
Preparation

Fold a 36-inch piece of heavy foil in half to make a grilling tray.
Cut peppers into julienne strips.
Place peppers and sliced onion in the center of the tray; drizzle with salad dressing. Fold and seal foil.
