Chinese Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
6 stalks celery, sliced
8 green onions, sliced or chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can beef consomme
Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients.
Form into meatballs and brown. Saute for 5 minutes the celery, onion and pepper.
Add beef consomme.
Add meatballs and serve over rice.
