Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. ground hot green peppers
1/4 c. ground hot red peppers
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
Preparation

Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar in a pan. Cook on high heat; stir until it comes to a hard boil. Boil 1 minute. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in Certo. Let sit 5 minutes. Skim off foam with metal spoon. Pour quickly into jelly glasses. Seal with lids while jelly is still real hot.
