Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1 (15 oz.) can beets
    1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener
Preparation
    Bring water and bouillon granules to boil; continue boiling until granules are dissolved. Remove from heat and dissolve Jell-O, stirring constantly 2 minutes. Place beets with juice in blender and use the \"chop\" cycle. Mix all ingredients and add to Jell-O. Chill until set.
