Cheesecake Glazes(Take Your Choice, You Can'T Go Wrong!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. medium strawberries
12 oz. red raspberry jelly
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. Cointreau
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Several hours before serving, wash, hull and thoroughly dry strawberries.
In saucepan, combine several tablespoons jelly with cornstarch, mix well.
Add remaining jelly, Cointreau and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until thickened and clear, about 5 minutes.
Cool to lukewarm, stirring occasionally. Serves 10 to 15.
