Sweet Potato Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, peeled, cut crosswise, cooked and drained
1 stick margarine
dash of cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
3 eggs
1 c. milk

Preparation

Mix well, then blend in blender.
Pour into 2 pie crusts and cook at 350\u00b0 until firm.
