Super Nacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Chorizo sausage
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 (1 lb.) cans refried beans
1 can green chilies, chopped
3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. taco sauce
1 bunch green onions, chopped (including green tops)
1 c. pitted ripe olives, chopped
1 can avocado dip, thawed
1 c. sour cream
tortilla chips
Preparation

Saute beef, sausage and onions until beef is browned.
Drain fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread refried beans in casserole and top with meat mixture.
Add chopped green chilies. Cover evenly with grated cheese.
Spread taco sauce over this mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with green onion, olives, avocado dip and sour cream.
Use tortilla chips around edge and serve.
