Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    California avocados
    cumin
    garlic (grated powder)
    mayonnaise or sour cream
    grated onion
    1/2 tsp. lemon or lime juice (fresh)
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocados.
    Add spices, grated onion and about 1 tablespoon of sour cream or mayonnaise.
    Mix with a fork.
    May be refrigerated for about an hour.
