Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese (part sharp, part medium, if desired)
    1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs mixed with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (1/2 recipe makes an 8 x 8 dish).
