Baked Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. toasted bread croutons
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. onion salt
bacon or sausage, cooked
Preparation

Grease 11 x 7-inch casserole/pan.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and onion salt.
Crumble bacon or sausage into eggs and milk mixture.
Put croutons on bottom of casserole, then grated cheese.
Pour egg mixture over it.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Serves 2 to 4.
